Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the 1111bip platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the Platform.
This Agreement constitutes the entire legal relationship between you and 1111bip (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team at support@1111bip.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, the Company will endeavour to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on 1111bip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal recreational use only.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

The Company employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to submit a valid, government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or passport before withdrawal of funds is permitted. The Company reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a player's use of the Platform. Accounts where age or identity cannot be confirmed to the Company's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed if documentation is not provided within the stipulated timeframe.
Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals frozen, and any winnings accumulated during that period forfeited. The Company may report such instances to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account with 1111bip, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 1111bip platform. The Company uses technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error — for example, by a family member sharing the same device — you must contact support immediately at support@1111bip.
3.3 Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1111bip Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. The Company strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (OTP SMS) for your account, which can be activated from the account security settings after login.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Company immediately at support@1111bip. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.
3.4 Account Currency
All accounts on 1111bip are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The Company does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international cards may be subject to currency conversion charges applied by their card issuer, which are outside the Company's control.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing Times
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take one to three business days to appear in the account, depending on the processing times of the player's bank. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals from 1111bip are subject to the following conditions:
- The player's account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. The Company does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other persons, or payment methods not previously used to fund the account.
- Where a player has received a bonus, any applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the bonus-related funds may be withdrawn.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- The Company reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one to five business days. The Company targets all withdrawal approvals within 24 hours of request submission, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, maintenance windows, or national public holidays in Bangladesh.

Bonus & Promotions Policy
5.1 General Bonus Terms
From time to time, 1111bip offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, and those specific terms should be read in conjunction with the general bonus provisions set out in this section.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of this window will be removed from the account automatically.
5.3 Eligible Games for Wagering
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% of each wager placed towards the wagering requirement. 5.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud
The Company operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using automated software or bots to satisfy wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with third parties to reduce risk while clearing wagering requirements (known as "bonus arbitrage" or "matched betting"); or any other activity the Company reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Where bonus abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void all bonuses, void all affected wagers, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold all associated balances pending investigation. Confirmed cases of bonus fraud may be reported to relevant authorities.
5.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses at 1111bip are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account will be treated as duplicate account activity and handled in accordance with Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111bip platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or location during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform as a mechanism to disguise the origin of funds. The Company is obligated to report suspected money laundering activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market, including pre-arranged outcomes in peer-to-peer games.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated systems to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used on the Platform. All chargeback disputes are investigated, and accounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks will be suspended and referred to appropriate authorities.
- Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculations in odds or game payouts. Any winnings derived from an identifiable technical error are void and will be removed from the account. Players who discover a technical error are expected to stop playing the affected game and notify support immediately.
- Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing behaviour towards 1111bip staff, support agents, or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by the Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; the account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; the security of the account has been compromised; or a regulatory or compliance review requires the account to be placed under temporary restriction.
During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. The Company will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. Where a suspension results from a player-initiated responsible gaming request, separate provisions under the Responsible Gaming Policy apply.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their 1111bip account may do so at any time by contacting support at support@1111bip. Upon receiving a closure request, the Company will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of the remaining account balance to the player's registered payment method before closing the account, provided that no open bets, active bonuses subject to wagering requirements, or pending investigations are outstanding. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.
7.3 Closure for Breach
Where an account is closed by the Company as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or duplicate account activity — the Company reserves the right to void all associated wagers and forfeit all account balances. Any funds traceable to prohibited activity will not be returned. Players who disagree with a closure decision may raise a formal complaint in accordance with Section 7.4 below.
7.4 Complaints and Disputes
Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding an account decision, withdrawal dispute, or any other matter should contact the 1111bip support team at support@1111bip in the first instance. The Company targets an initial response within 48 hours and a full resolution within 14 business days. All complaints should be submitted in English and include the player's registered username, the date of the disputed event, and a clear description of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111bip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity; interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, or force majeure events; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials; decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors; or delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the Platform or its content for any particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will operate error-free or without interruption at all times.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 7.4 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts. The Company and the player each agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
